4th Avenue Investments, LLC was founded in 2009 by a group of professional real estate investors who decided to create a real estate investment firm for investors. We found that most real estate agents/investors had a traditional real estate education background rather than the type of training, experience, or understanding an investors needs.
As local investors ourselves, we’ve experienced changing market conditions, renovated and managed properties, purchased from banks and private sellers alike. Our years of experience in the market have given us the experience and connections to conduct a professional and profitable business for ourselves and our clients.
On February 2011, 4th Avenue Investments was featured in an issue of Foreclosure.com for their expertise in real estate.
